Joel Arnoldo Tamez, 49, passed away, Friday, May 22, 2026, at his residence in Edinburg.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Juan Hermilo and Leonora Tamez.
Joel is survived by his siblings, Nora Elva (Michael) Navarro, Juan Hermilo (Melissa) Tamez Jr.; nine nieces and nephews; and two great-nieces.
Cremation took place at Memorial Cremation Center in Edinburg. Visitation will begin at 5 p.m., with a 6 p.m. rosary on Wednesday, May 27,2026, at Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home of Edinburg.
