Maria J. Ibarra

Maria J. Ibarra, 58, passed away Tuesday, February 22, 2022, at Knapp Medical Center in Weslaco.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Adolfo Ibarra; her parents, Guadalupe Sanchez and Rosa M. Torres; three siblings, Carmen Guerra, Juan Sanchez, and Jesus Sanchez.
Mrs. Ibarra is survived by her husband, Fernando Perez; four children, Renee (Bryan) Flores, Ryan Coronado, Juliana Ibarra, Olga Ibarra; seven grandchildren; four siblings, Manuel Sanchez, Rosa Sanchez, Guadalupe Sanchez, and Alejandro Sanchez.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. with a 6 p.m. rosary Sunday, February 27, 2022, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. Monday, February 28, 2022, at Resurrection Catholic Church in Alamo. Interment will follow at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
