Reynaldo Herebia

Reynaldo Herebia, 86, died Wednesday July 13, 2022, at his residence in Edinburg.
He was an educator at Victor Fields Elementary School in McAllen for over 25 years. Reynaldo was also a devoted member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Edinburg, where he taught for 12 years.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Luis and Jesusa Herebia; a brother, Luis Herebia, Jr.; a sister, Emma Luna; and a nephew, Jose Luis Herebia.
Mr. Herebia is survived by his sister, Consuelo Jimenez of San Juan; two nephews, Carlos Herebia of Pharr, Cesar Aron Herebia of Mission; and a niece, Rosario Herebia of Edinburg.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m., with a 6 p.m. rosary Sunday, July 17, 2022, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton Rd. in Edinburg. Funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. Monday, July 18, 2022, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Edinburg. Interment will follow at San Jose Cemetery in Mission.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
