GUMERCINDO MARISCAL
EDINBURG - Gumercindo Mariscal, 85, passed away Thursday, July 30, 2026, at South Texas Health System Edinburg.
He is preceded in death by his five siblings, Juan Mariscal, Mariana Mariscal, Maria De Jesus Mariscal, Guadalupe Mariscal, and Maria Concepcion Barrera.
Mr. Mariscal is survived by his four siblings, Maria Del Socorro Mariscal, Marcos Mariscal, Cruz Mariscal, Civilo Mariscal; numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will begin at 5 p.m. with a 6 p.m. rosary Sunday, August 2, 2026, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg. Funeral service will take place at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at La Blanca Cemetery in La Blanca.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
