GUADALUPE IRMA CAVAZOS LEAL

PHARR– Guadalupe Irma Cavazos Leal ,90, passed away Wednesday, January 21, 2026, at Comfort House Hospice in McAllen.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Ruben Leal, Sr.; and eight brothers and sisters.

Mrs. Leal is survived by her five children Ruben Leal,Jr., Bersaida Leal Sanchez, Belinda Leal Blunt, Ricardo Leal, Beatriz Leal Chavez; 12 grandchildren; and 26 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will begin at 5 p.m., with a 6 p.m. rosary Monday, January 26 2026, at Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. Tuesday, January 27, 2026, at St. Jude Catholic Church in Pharr. Interment will follow at Val Verde Memorial Gardens In Donna.

Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home of San Juan.
