Trinidad S. Gonzalez

Trinidad S. Gonzalez, 68, went home to our Lord Thursday, June 7, 2018, at Doctors Hospital at Renaissance in Edinburg.
Born in Durango, MX, Mrs. Gonzalez had lived in Edinburg most of her life. She had dedicated her life to being a daughter and mother to all. Trinidad was a selfless and loving person, her family and friends always came before herself. She made it a point to help others and never asked for anything in return.
She is preceded in death by her son, Otoniel Garcia Jr.; her parents, Luis Solis and Maria Luz Barraza.
Mrs. Gonzalez is survived by her loving husband, Isaias Gonzales of Edinburg; two sons, Francisco (Denise) Gonzalez of Edinburg, Luis Antonio (Jennifer) Garcia of San Antonio; five daughters, Rosa Maria (Mario) Donaire, San Juanita (Mauricio) Ramos, Leticia (Roel) Garcia, all of Edinburg, Mirza Gonzalez, and Irasema Gonzalez Diaz, both of McAllen; 16 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; four siblings, Rogelio Solis of Alamo, Juan Solis, Maricela Ibarra, and San Juanita Ibarra, all of Edinburg.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. rosary Sunday, June 10, 2018, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Edinburg. Funeral service will take place 9:30 a.m. Monday, June 11, 2018, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Edinburg.
