Gloria R. Garcia, 82, passed away Friday, September 22, 2023, at her residence in Edinburg.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Ruben Garcia; granddaughter, Lyzza Llenne Castillo; parents, Juan and Vicenta Rodriguez.
Mrs. Garcia is survived by her three children, Elvia Garcia (Jimmy Jack) Jones, Yolanda Garcia (Mark) Leverman, Ruben (Olivia) Garcia Jr; nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; 12 siblings of Fresno, California, and a brother, Arturo Garcia of Edinburg; four sisters-in-law, Minerva De La Rosa, Irma Courteener, Lydia (Alfredo) Salinas, and Rachel (Hermilo) Requenez.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. with a 6 p.m. rosary, Sunday, September 24, 2023, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg. Funeral service will take place at 11:30 a.m. Monday, September 25, 2023, at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Valley Memorial Gardens in Mission.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
