Melquides Flores Teran, 94, entered eternal rest Monday, September 20, 2021.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Maria Ignacia Flores.
Mr. Flores is survived by nine children, Beatriz, Maria Esperanza, Maria Irene, Hortencia, Miguel, Ester, Maria Hilda, Zoila, Maria Taide; 33 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and a sister, Narcisa.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m., with a 6 p.m. rosary Thursday, September 23, 2021, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. Friday, September 24, 2021, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Parish in San Juan. Interment will follow at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
