TOMASA FLORES NAVARRO
PHARR – Tomasa Flores Navarro, 91, died Sunday, March 11, 2018, at Retama Manor Nursing Center in McAllen.
Born in Karnes City, TX, Ms. Navarro had lived in Pharr most of her life. A celebration of 91 years of life. Tomasa was a loving mother and grandmother to many. She dedicated her life to her family and her most precious gems were her grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Juan and Alejandra Flores; four brothers, Juan, Manuel, Andres, Martin; and a sister, Agustina Flores.
Tomasa is survived by six children, Pablo (Irma) Navarro of McAllen, Domingo Navarro of Pharr, Maria Del Carmen (+Ramiro) Garcia of San Juan, Armando (Brijida) Navarro Sr. of McAllen, Pedro Navarro, Ruben Navarro both of Pharr; 31 grandchildren; 82 great-grandchildren; and 20 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 4 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. rosary Wednesday, March 14, 2018, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. Thursday, March 15, 2018, at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church in Pharr. Interment will follow at Guadalupe Cemetery in Pharr.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
