FABIAN LUNA CORONADO

EDINBURG – Fabian Luna Coronado, born on March 10, 1937, at the age of 88 passed away Friday, January 16, 2026, at DHR Health Hospice in Edinburg.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Pedro and Elvira Luna; and numerous brothers and sisters.

Mr. Luna is survived by his wife, Celia Luna; 14 children, Amador (Juana) Luna, Jose Luis (Mercedes) Luna, Roberto (Evangelina) Luna, Jesus (Estela) Luna, Leonel (Hipolita) Luna, Raul (Sandra) Luna, Gonzalo (Araceli) Luna, Carlos (Irma) Luna, Rolando (Asela) Luna, Lusema (Manuel) Torres, Emedelia (Jose) Limon, Elizabeth (Juan Luis) Segovia, Kenia Luna, Jakelyn Luna; 64 grandchildren; 80 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and brother, Camilo Luna.

Visitation will begin at 2 p.m. with a 6 p.m. rosary Wednesday, January 21, 2026, and Thursday, January 22, 2026, from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. with a 6 p.m. rosary at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg. Funeral service will take place at 12 noon Friday, January 23, 2026, at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna.

Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
