SAN JUAN- Eulalia G. Puente, 94, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, August 31, 2024, at The Heights at Alamo.

Eulalia was born in Donna, TX on May 7, 1930, to Tomas Guzman and Lucia Gil Guzman. She retired from Dickies and PSJA School District after many devoted years. Eulalia was a loving mother, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend who will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Jose Puente; a daughter, Diana Puente; her parents, Tomas Guzman and Lucia Gil Guzman; two sisters, Martina Ybarra, Virginia Ortega; two brothers, Juan Guzman and Rosendo Guzman.

Eulalia is survived by her sister, Elisia Garcia.

Visitation will begin at 5 p.m., with a 6 p.m. rosary, Wednesday, September 4, 2024, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will take place at 9 a.m. Thursday, September 5, 2024, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in San Juan. Interment will follow at San Juan Cemetery.

Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
