Eugenio Perez

SAN JUAN – Eugenio Perez, 91, passed away on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, at the San Juan Nursing Home.

Eugenio (Keno) was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, uncle, and cherished member of his family. He will be remembered with love by all those who knew him, and his memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Eugenio and Juanita Perez, and his sisters Elia Perez, Elena Cortez, and Eliza Cortez. Along with his sons, David Eugenio Perez and Omar Perez.

Eugenio is survived by his beloved wife, Sylvia Perez; his cherished children, including his eldest son, Tomas (Josie), Roberto (Lety), Ernesto (Elizabeth), Ida Leticia (Joe), Susana (Mike), Tim, and Marissa (James); several grandchildren, including Julian Perez and Brooke Tindel and many great grandchildren; three siblings, Elva Pena, Emilia Giron, and Eduardo Perez; and numerous beloved nieces, nephews and many good friends.

Though Eugenio will be deeply missed, the love and memories he shared with his family will always be treasured.

Cremation will take place at Memorial Cremation Center in Edinburg Texas.
