Ida Escobedo, 57, passed away Friday, December 2, 2022, at McAllen Medical Center.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Amador and Oralia Soto; sister, Olga Alvarez; brother, Joe Soto; and niece, Kristen Alvarez.
Mrs. Escobedo is survived by her husband, Gerardo Escobedo; three children, Gerardo (Rosa) Escobedo Jr., Jason (Hillary) Escobedo, Joe Adam (Janny) Escobedo; five grandchildren; brother, Amador Soto; half-brother, Amador Soto; adopted niece, Nevaeh Martinez.
Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. with a chapel service at 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, December 7, 2022, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Interment will follow at Donna City Cemetery.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
