EMMA GARZA
EDINBURG – Emma Garza, 93, passed away Thursday, July 31, 2025, at her residence in Edinburg.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Uvaldo Garza; son, Jose Oscar Garza; two grandchildren, Marissa and Maribel Garza.
Mrs. Emma is survived by her five children, Juan Manuel (Rosario) Garza, Uvaldo Garza Jr., Maria (Juan) Garza, Rodolfo Garza, Enedelia Hernandez; 15 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren; three siblings, Esperanza Sanchez, Elida Garza, and Delia Salinas.
Visitation will begin at 5 p.m. with a 6 p.m. rosary Sunday, August 3, 2025, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg. Funeral service will take place at 1 p.m. Monday, August 4, 2025, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Edinburg.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
