McAllen-Eloy Garza III, 42, passed away Saturday, November 29, 2025, at Doctors Hospital at Renaissance in Edinburg.

Eloy is survived by his wife, Christine Chico; a son, Roe Melendez Jr.; parents, Eloy and Elizabeth Garza Jr.; and siblings, Joseph Daniel Garza and Lizeth Garza.

Visitation will begin at 4 p.m., with a 6 p.m. rosary, Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg. Cremation took place at Memorial Cremation Center in Edinburg.

Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home of Edinburg.
