Elias “Lee” Garza, age 81, passed away peacefully on December 15, 2025, surrounded by the love of his family. Known lovingly as “Lee,” he leaves behind a legacy rooted in devotion, resilience, and deep family bonds.

Elias was a devoted father to Heraldo Regino Garza (his wife, Monique Garza), Sandra Garza, Roxie Garza, and Debbie Garza-Martinez (her husband, Mando Martinez), and nothing brought him greater pride than his family. He was a cherished grandfather to Stephanie Camacho, Cougar Garza, Arian David Camacho, Zia Garza, and Madison Cifreo, each of whom held a special place in his heart.

He was blessed to meet and love his great-grandchildren, Oliver Elias Camacho and Evelyn Perz, moments that brought him immense joy and meaning. He was also survived by his nieces and nephews, all of whom were very special and deeply beloved by him.

Elias is also survived by his two brothers, Manuel “Meme” Muniz and Crisanto “Cris” Garza, along with their beloved wives, Olga Muniz and Norma Garza with whom he shared lifelong bonds of love and memories.

Elias “Lee” Garza will be greatly missed by his family and his friends, including the many friends he cherished dearly throughout his life. His love, strength, and legacy will live on through the generations he helped shape, and his memory will forever remain in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know and love him.
