Elian is survived by his daughter, Elisa Ramirez; parents, Lorena Mata and Julian Ramirez; and four brothers, Julian Ramirez, Kevin Ramirez, Dylan Ramirez and Miguel Mata.

Visitation will begin at 5 p.m., with a 6 p.m. prayer service Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will take place at 1 p.m. Thursday, March 5, 2026, at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in San Juan. Interment will follow at San Juan Cemetery.

Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
