DELL PARKER
MCALLEN - William Dell Parker, beloved father, brother, son, and friend, entered eternal rest on Saturday, January 27, 2024, in McAllen, TX at the age of 59.

Born to parents William Penn Parker and Regina Parker in Louisiana, Dell’s passion for life extended beyond his family. He was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan, often sharing his love for the team with family and friends. 

He is preceded in death by his father, William Penn Parker; and a brother, Brad B. Smith. 

Dell is survived by his two children, Evalynn D. Parker and Emilee F. Parker; his mother, Regina Parker; and five siblings, Steven A. Parker, Cynthia R. Parker, Brenda K. Rubio, Lisa M. Rubio, and Monica J. Rubio. 

Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m., with a 6 p.m. Celebration of Life on Thursday, February 1, 2024, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Cremation will take place at Memorial Cremation Center in Edinburg.

Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
