CARLOS J. ANAYA
SAN JUAN – Carlos J. Anaya, 68, passed away Sunday, April 26, 2026, in McAllen.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Merced and Maria Elena Anaya Jr.; and three siblings, Mateo Anaya, Maria Cristina Maldonado and Juan Fidencio Anaya.
Carlos is survived by his two children, Teresita De Jeus (Jose Gerardo Moreno) Anaya and Isael (Yanie) Anaya; granddaughter, Leah Giselle Anaya; partner, Vanessa Campos; sisters, Nora S. (Damazo Sr.) Navarro and Maria Leticia Rosas; and mother of his children, Maria C. Anaya.
Visitation will begin at 4 p.m. with a 6 p.m. Memorial Service Friday, May 1, 2026, at Memorial Funeral Home, 311 E. Expressway 83, in San Juan. Cremation took place at Memorial Cremation Center in Edinburg.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
