CARLOS ALONSO IBARRA
DONNA – Carlos Alonso Ibarra, 30, passed away Saturday, August 29, 2026, in Rio Grande City.
He is preceded in death by his father, Juan Manuel Patino.
Mr. Ibarra is survived by his wife, Valeria Alanis; three children, Addelyn Ibarra, Ariana Ibarra, Haziel Ibarra; mother, Hortencia Capulin; five siblings, Juany Ibarra, Antonio Ibarra, Juan Manuel Ibarra, Anahi Ibarra, Mari Ibarra; and in-laws, Ramon and Yesenia Alanis.

Visitation will begin at 5 p.m. with a 6 p.m. prayer service Monday, August 31, 2026, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg. Funeral service will take place at 2 p.m. Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
