EDINBURG - David Wayne “Dave” Benedict, 52, passed away peacefully Monday, September 17, 2018, at McAllen Heart Hospital.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Ruby A. Benedict.
David is survived by his loving wife, Rosa Elia Pacheco of Edinburg; his father, David W. Benedict of Sparks, NV; his sister, Celia L. Benedict of McAllen; five nieces and nephews, Eduardo “Eddie” and Silvia Pacheco, and Maria Elena, Emma and Christian Pacheco.
Memorial service will be held from 6 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. celebration of life Thursday, September 20, 2018, at Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
