FRANCISCA “PANCHITA” BELTRAN EDINBURG – Francisca Beltran, 82, died Thursday, January 15, 2015, at Edinburg Regional Medical Center. Born in Linares, Nuevo Leon, Mexico, she had lived in Edinburg most of her life. She is preceded in death by her husband, Gildardo Beltran; a daughter, Maribel Beltran; and eight siblings. Mrs. Beltran is survived by her sons, Ricardo R. (Frances Mae) Beltran of Edinburg, Gildardo (Mary) Beltran, Jr., of Harlingen, Danny (Rebecca) Beltran of McAllen; one daughter, Irene (Oscar) Ozuna of Edinburg; seven grandchildren, Judy, Crystal, Rudy, Rochelle, Ricardo, Diana, Danny, Jr.; five great-grandchildren, Matt, Randy, Javier, Joseph, Olivia; and one brother, Jose Flores. Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m., rosary Sunday, January 18, 2015, at Memorial Funeral Home at 208 E. Canton Rd. in Edinburg. Funeral service will take place at 2 p.m. Monday, January 19, 2015, at Holy Family Catholic Church in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Edinburg. Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
