Ramiro "Ram" Ayala

Ramiro "Ram" Ayala, 72, passed away Monday, October 3, 2022, at Amara Hospice in Edinburg.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Ezequiel and Otila Ayala; and a sister, Guadalupe Veliz.
Mr. Ayala is survived by his wife of 60 years, San Juanita Ayala; two children, Evangelina Ayala and Marco Antonio Ayala; four grandchildren, Marco Antonio Ayala, Jr., Miguel A. Ayala, Adriana Ocanas, Jacob Trevino and two great-grandchildren, Matthew Ayala and Violet Ayala.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m., with a 6 p.m. prayer service Wednesday, October 5, 2022, and from 3 to 8 p.m., with a 7 p.m. rosary Thursday, October 6, 2022, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg. Cremation will take place at Memorial Cremation Center in Edinburg.
