Aurora Galindo

SAN JUAN – Aurora O. Galindo, 91, entered eternal rest Friday, January 30, 2026, at The Heights of Alamo.

Born in Alamo, she had lived in San Juan most of her life and was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Parish.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Ysa Galindo; her parents; three brothers; and six sisters.

Mrs. Galindo is survived by eight children, Ike (Ernestina) Galindo Jr., Irma Celia (Trinidad) Castillo, Ismelda Ramos, Juan (Rosario) Galindo, Ismael Galindo, Israel (Sandra) Galindo, Isidoro (Yvette) Galindo, Irene (Alejandra) Galindo-Cantu; 16 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Visitation will begin at 5 p.m., with a 6 p.m. rosary Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will take place at 1 p.m. Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Parish in San Juan. Interment will follow at San Juan Cemetery.

Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
