ARTURO TREVINO
SAN JUAN – Arturo Trevino, 75, entered eternal rest Friday, January 9, 2026, at Rio Grande Regional Hospital in McAllen. Born in Pharr, Mr. Trevino lived in San Juan most of his life and was a member of St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church in Pharr.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Isabel Hernandez; father, Pablo Trevino; and maternal grandparents, Rodrigo and Paula Garza.
Mr. Trevino is survived by his wife of 52 years, Concepcion “Connie” Trevino; three children, Connie Trevino (James Joseph) Harris, Arturo Rodrigo (April Reyes) Trevino, Christine Trevino; seven grandchildren, James Joseph Harris II, Calvin Taylor Harris, Melanie Ann Harris, Emily Paige Trevino, Reagan Riley Trevino, Kennedy Tate Trevino, Lula Alexander Warlick; one great grandchild, Emerald Isle Harris; and 14 siblings, Oscar (Deanna) Trevino, Juan (Diana) Hernandez, Sylvia Hernandez, Refugio Hernandez, Jorge Luis (Eduarda) Hernandez, Sonia H. Palomin, Sandra H. Weaver, Roberto (Martha) Hernandez, Cynthia H. Roque, Cesar (Ruby) Hernandez, Jose Eusebio (Myrna) Hernandez, Isabel H. Trevino, Jeff Trevino, and Christine Trevino; and stepfather, Eusebio Hernandez.
Visitation will begin at 5 p.m., with a 6 p.m. rosary Monday, January 12, 2026, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church in Pharr. Interment will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
