ROGELIO ARREDONDO, SR. ALAMO — Rogelio Arredondo, Sr., died Thursday, July 31, 2014, at his residence in Alamo. Born in San Juan, he had lived in Alamo all of his life. He is preceded in death by his brother, Domingo Arredondo, Jr. Mr. Arredondo is survived by his wife, Rosa Lopez Arredondo of Alamo; five children, Josie (Gabriel Herrera) Arredondo, Perla (Leroy Apreciado) Arredondo, Cristina (Joel) Linares, Maricela (Joe) Reyes, and Roy (Lorena) Arredondo, all of Alamo; 11 grandchildren; three brothers, Albert (Pat) Arredondo of Heyburn, Idaho, Adolfo (Josie) Arredondo, Johnny Arredondo; one sister, Marta (Pete) Hernandez; parents, Domingo and Josefina Arredondo, all of Burley, Idaho. Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. prayer service today, August 4, 2014, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. Tuesday, August 5, 2014, at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna. Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
