ANTONIO ORTIZ ESPINOSA
SAN JUAN – Antonio Ortiz Espinosa, 89, passed away Wednesday, August 23, 2023, at Rio Grande Regional Hospital in McAllen.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Enrique and Maria Luisa Espinosa; and siblings, Carmen Ortiz, and Luis Ortiz.
Mr. Ortiz is survived by his wife, Maria Luisa Vera; two children, Jose Antonio Ortiz, and Maria Katalina Ortiz; six grandchildren, Diana Elizabeth Ortiz, Marco Antonio Ortiz, Samantha Lizeth Ortiz, Luis Enrique Reynoso, Marta Luisa Ortiz, and Orlando Benitez Jr.; and five siblings, Consuelo Ortiz Espinosa, Maria Enriqueta Ortiz, Enrique Ortiz, Jorge Ortiz, and Ester Ortiz.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m., with a 6 p.m. memorial service Friday, September 1, 2023, at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in San Juan.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
