MCALLEN – Antonia Flores, 83, passed away Wednesday, July 23, 2025, at Windsor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in McAllen.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Cosme and Librada Flores; four siblings, Emma Vela, Omar Flores, Arturo Flores, and Amelia Aguilar.

Ms. Flores is survived by her three children, Tomas (Marianella) Sanchez III, Thelma Sanchez, Roberto Sanchez; five grandchildren, Melissa Sanchez, Adam Sanchez, Daniel Sanchez, Alex Sanchez, Esperanza Sanchez; seven great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandchild; three siblings, Maria Elena Salinas, Ramiro Flores, and Higinia Rosario.

Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. with a 1 p.m. rosary, followed by a chapel service at 2 p.m. Tuesday, July 29, 2025, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr.

Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
