ANTONIA M. “BUNKA” BONE
MCALLEN – Antonia M. “Bunka” Bone, 102, passed away Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at her residence in McAllen.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Andrew J. Bone; two children; and one sister.
Mrs. Bone is survived by her two children, Martin (Alicia) Aguayo, Norma Bone; six grandchildren, Martin Aguayo Jr., Jose F. Aguayo, Juan M. Aguayo, Maritza Ibanez, Karina V. Mancha, R.J. Mancha; 12 great-grandchildren; three sisters, Martha, Maria, and Santa.
Visitation will begin at 5 p.m. with a 6 p.m. rosary Sunday, October 19, 2025, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg. Funeral service will take place at 12 noon Monday, October 20, 2025, at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in McAllen. Interment will follow at Valley Memorial Gardens in Mission.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
