ALICIA E. PADRON

SAN JUAN – Alicia E. Padron, 72, passed away Tuesday, September 10,

2024, at Rio Grande Regional Hospital in McAllen.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Dora Escobedo.

Mrs. Padron was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who cared for so

many and received so much love in return. Her memory lives on through

her husband, Juan Padron; two sons, Alex (Cassandra) Padron, Adrian

Padron; two grandchildren, Andrew Padron, Matthew Padron; and two

siblings, Joe Escobedo and Norma Escobedo.

Visitation will begin at 5 p.m., with a 6 p.m. rosary Wednesday, September

11, 2024, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will take

place at 12:30 p.m. Thursday, September 12, 2024, at Memorial Funeral

Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Rio Grande Valley State Veterans

Cemetery in Mission.

Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San

Juan.
