ALICIA CHAPA
PHARR – Alicia Chapa, 51, passed away Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at Rio Grande Regional Hospital in McAllen.
Alicia is survived by her parents, Arturo Chapa Montalvo and Maria Villa Rico.; four siblings, Maria De La Luz (Daniel Gomez) Chapa, Maria Del Carmen (Jaime Sarmiento) Chapa, Felicitas Alejandra (Alberto Pillot) Chapa, Jose Arturo (Senida) Chapa.; and various nieces and nephews.
Visitation will begin at 5 p.m., Thursday, May 28, 2026, with a 6 p.m. prayer service at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral Service will begin at 1 p.m., Friday, May 29, 2026 at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in San Juan. Interment will follow at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
