MARIA OLGA ALCALA
EDINBURG - Maria Olga Alcala, 70, entered eternal rest Tuesday, October 12, 2021, at Edinburg Regional Medical Center.
She is preceded in death by her daughter, Maria Guadalupe Zuniga; and her parents, Jose Pilar Gonzalez and Amelia Garza Tamez.
Ms. Alcala is survived by her husband, Heriberto Briseno of Edinburg; four grandchildren; and two sisters, Maria Hortencia Gonzalez and Maria del Pilar Reyes, both of Edcouch.
Visitation will begin at 9 a.m., followed by a 2 p.m. funeral service Friday, October 15, 2021, at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel, 208 East Canton in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
