EDINBURG – Raymond Aguilar Jr., 46, died Tuesday, August 25, 2009, at Doctors Hospital at Renaissance in Edinburg.
Mr. Aguilar was born in Ganado, Texas and had lived in Edinburg most of his life. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Edinburg.
Mr. Aguilar is survived by wife, Maria Alicia Aguilar, two children, Sara Aguilar and David Aguilar; two sisters, Amy Aguilar and Anita Reyes; a granddaughter, Ashlei Cantu; his parents, Raymond Aguilar Sr. and Marylou Caro; two step-daughters, Victoria Valdez and Amanda Silva; and numerous nieces and nephews all of Edinburg.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. rosary today, August 27, 2009, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton, in Edinburg. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Friday, August 28, 2009, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Edinburg.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
