MIGUEL L. AGUILAR
EDINBURG – Miguel L. Aguilar, 97, died Wednesday, September 21, 2016, at Edinburg Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Born in Aguagorda, Zacatecas, MX, Mr. Aguilar had lived in Edinburg most of his life.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Magdalena Aguilar; a daughter, Maria Del Carmen Aguilar; and various grandchildren.
Mr. Aguilar is survived by four sons, Delfino (Maria Del Carmen) Aguilar, Jose Guadalupe (Beatriz) Aguilar, Alfredo (Maria De Los Angeles) Aguilar, Juan (Yolanda) Aguilar, all of Edinburg; two daughters, Maria Esther (Guadalupe) Hernandez of Houston and Jovita (Ramiro) Vasquez of Edinburg; 44 grandchildren 83 great-grandchildren; and 19 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 1 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. rosary Friday, September 23, 2016, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg. Funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. Saturday, September 24, 2016, at Holy Family Catholic Church in Edinburg. Interment will follow at San Juan Cemetery.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
